Behaviour Support Worker - Doncaster Do you have experience working with children/young people with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) difficulties? Prospero Teaching are looking for committed individuals for a specialist SEMH School based in Doncaster. The role is to start ASAP. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location: Doncaster Position: Behaviour Support Worker Start Date ASAP End Date - N/A Duration / Likely Duration Ongoing Full time/Part-time Full Time Contract Type: Long term Hours 08:30 3:30 The Minimum Rate of Pay GBP £85 per day. EXPERIENCE Relevant experience in a school or similar setting. Experience of working with children and young people with special educational needs and/or social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Experience of effectively and positively managing a class and leading learning with groups of pupils, using appropriate strategies to enable them to settle to learn. TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Specific training in interventions/SEN/SEMH. Experience of working with children and/or young people Commitment to all CPD offered. Team Teach training would be beneficial to this role, however this can be provided for free.
