Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentors to join supportive secondary schools in Bexley and across South East London. These are full-time, long-term roles, starting immediately and offering the chance to make a real difference to students who need it most.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs

• Help implement tailored strategies to improve engagement and encourage positive choices

• Assist teachers with classroom behaviour management

• Build strong, trusting relationships to support students in re-engaging with their learning

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, care, or similar)

• Bring a resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach to behaviour support

• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply)

• Are reliable, patient, and committed to making a positive impact
