Beauty Therapist Duties and Responsibilities
- Passion to learn treatments we currently offer and an ongoing dedication to learn about new technology and grow knowledge of new treatments.
- Conduct a thorough client consultation and advise clients on the best treatment plan to meet there needs.
- Provide a range of non-surgical face and body treatments customised to a client’s need, recommending available products and aftercare to boost results.
- Perform administrative and key business tasks; including making appointments, maintaining client records, handling financial transactions and contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of the clinic.
- Represent Beaulea clinic in a positive and constructive manner at all times working in partnership with clients to deliver the best service and promote all available treatments.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- As a results driven clinic taking before and after photos is essential to the client journey, using these photos during treatment plans to document and promote clients results.
- Drive google reviews through monthly competitions to help boost google rankings.
Beauty Therapist Key Competencies
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Comfortable with rigorous process and detail
- Sales experience and commercial acumen within the beauty industry
- Honest, reliable, and professional at all times
Beauty Therapist Qualifications/Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ certificate in Beauty Therapy as a minimum Level preferred
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Experience of working within a medical or highly regulated environment
- Ability to work flexibly to suit to hours and needs to the business
