• Annual Salary: Up to £38,186 (depending on qualifications and experience)
• Location: Surrey
• Job Type: Part-time (29.6 hours per week)

This role is based across our campuses in Weybridge and Ashford, including our dedicated Hair & Beauty Salon in Surrey. We are committed to supporting young people and adults in their career paths, offering a range of courses from Level 1 to Level 3 in Hair and Beauty.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that are aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
• Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain course and learner records.
• Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance student readiness for the workforce.

• Degree/HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience of teaching in further education is a distinct advantage.
• Must hold A1/V1 qualifications or be currently working towards them - essential.
• Teaching qualifications are required, or candidates must be prepared to work towards this with our support.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
