From embedding best-in-class BD practices to driving strategic client engagement and mentoring team members, you'll be at the heart of our business development transformation.
Drive Client-Centric Growth
- Develop and implement strategic BD plans aligned with our growth objectives
- Introduce and embed innovative tools and approaches—including AI and CRM systems
- Leverage data to track performance, optimise processes, and identify new opportunities
Enable Business Development Execution
- Coach consulting teams to strengthen their BD capabilities and confidence
- Lead client listening initiatives and convert insights into commercial outcomes
- Collaborate on campaigns, events, and thought leadership that boost brand visibility
Lead and Develop Teams
- Shape the future structure and resourcing of the BD function
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Ensure seamless coordination of BD efforts across European offices
Experience
- Extensive experience in business development within professional services—ideally consulting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders
- Digital fluency, with hands-on experience in CRM systems and data-led decision making
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to execute
- Experience managing or mentoring teams in an international or matrixed environment
- Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder
