As a Business Development Executive, you’ll support BD Managers and work closely with the wider marketing and business development team to deliver market-leading campaigns and help bring their legal services to market. Key Responsibilities:
- Help create and manage sales pipelines and cross-selling opportunities
- Support business development planning across service lines
- Draft credentials documents, proposals, and pitch presentations
- Assist with launches of new services and products
- Support formal bid submissions and maintain content libraries
- Contribute to e-marketing, social media, website updates, and legal directory submissions
- Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications
- Support the planning and delivery of events and thought-leadership content
- Coordinate legal award submissions and budget management for marketing activity
Preferred qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent experience in a BD or marketing role (professional services a plus)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Great relationship builder — credible, confident, and collaborative
- Clear, compelling copywriting and excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing platforms, and digital content systems is a bonus
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused team
- Positive, proactive, and good-humoured
