An opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to start a new challenge with a recognised law firm, known for rewarding it's staff.

This forward thinking, Legal 200 law firm in Southampton has a proven track record for success and is looking to grow its busy Banking & Finance team. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.  

You will act for a variety of lenders and for borrowers including major corporates, governmental bodies, SME's and high net worth individuals. It's a firm that is continuing to grow and expand.

Work will include debt finance, assisting the corporate finance team, acting for the banks and other lenders; growth and venture capital transactional work; corporate reorganisations/restructurings; and debt advisory.

Your role as a Banking & Finance Lawyer will involve: 

• Handling your own caseload of complex matters, including several household brand names
• The opportunity to progress your career from the outset
• Be active in business development, in gaining new clients and growing your own caseload
