Now Hiring: Banking Litigation SolicitorNewcastle | Hybrid WorkingA leading national law firm is expanding its Banking Litigation team and is looking for a Solicitor to join the Newcastle office.If you're experienced in this space – or have related dispute experience and want to specialise – this could be your next move.The RoleThis is not standard debt recovery work.You'll manage a complex caseload of banking disputes, representing regulated financial institutions in matters that fall outside of routine processes – often involving actual defences, mis-selling, or bespoke challenges.Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of complex banking litigation matters
• Represent major banking clients in financial disputes
• Provide strategic, commercially minded legal advice
• Liaise with regulators (FCA/SRA) and comply with regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with a full legal team – from paralegals to partners

Who Should Apply?Ideally: You have direct experience in banking litigationAlso considered: Solicitors with experience in:

• Debt recovery
• Dispute resolution
• Financial mis-selling claims

You're confident handling files independently, familiar with regulated environments, and looking for a role where you can take full ownership of your work.The Team & Culture
