The successful Partner will be ambitious and have an entrepreneurial quality about them, someone who wants unlimited earning potential and someone who enjoys networking and collaborating as a Team when needed. You will already be at Senior Associate or Partner level within Banking & Finance with a minimum of 8 years PQE.

The role will cover a broad spectrum of banking and finance work, including:-

• Banking related litigation,
• Structured finance and asset finance.
• Debt capital markets,
• Negotiate and draft legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide in-depth legal advice
