Banking & Finance Associate - Interlink Talent Solutions : Job Details

This international law firm are looking for a talented Banking & Finance Associate (3 to 8 years of experience) to participate in the development of their department.

The successful individual will work in the banking & finance team who are working closely with the real estate finance team based in the London office.

About the Team

• They act for as large number of lenders and cover a wide range of expertise and legal solutions customized to their clients' banking and real estate finance needs.
• The team advise bridging lenders, alternative lenders, challenger banks, family offices, developers and property companies all their aspects of their banking and property finance needs.
• This is varying from residential investment, residential development, commercial investment and commercial development.
• They also cover loan on loans and back-to-back funding arrangements, mezzanine financing and LMA style transactions across the entire capital stack.

The firm also covers real estate, residential conveyancing, corporate, commercial, private wealth, employment, succession planning and family law.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Successful experience of 3 - 8 years in a firm as a Banking & Finance Lawyer.
• Experience in regulatory matters and real estate finance would be an asset.
• Strong technical skills needed to support the client work of the department.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills are required; as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-activity;
• Ability to be a team player and participate actively in the development of the Banking Department.
