Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours a week - Mon-Fri - 09:00 - 17:00

In this role, you will:

• You will have responsibility for the delivery of care within an Early Intervention in Psychosis model of service delivery.

• You will lead a team of professional and support staff in the delivery of high-quality evidence-based practice, ensuring that regular supervision and appraisal take place.
• You will carry out clinical and managerial procedures to a standard that ensures safe and effective care.
• You will manage administrative and operational resources in a cost-effective manner, evaluating the standard of service delivered.

What you’ll need—and be able to provide evidence for:

• A MSc/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Demonstrable management skills
• You will be able to demonstrate the ability to chair meetings, complete rotas, and be supervision for junior staff.
• You will have knowledge of Coast (Early intervention service).
