What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing assessments, care planning, and interventions for individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis.

• Managing a caseload within the EIS service, supporting recovery-focused outcomes.

• Delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions and liaising with multidisciplinary teams.

• Offering support to families and carers, promoting engagement and education.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to audits and service development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.

• Experience in community mental health or EIS services, ideally at Band 6 level.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Competence in risk assessment, crisis management, and recovery-focused care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

• Long shifts, flexible hours available.

• 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
