What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing holistic assessments and care planning for service users within the community.

• Managing caseloads in line with trust policies and procedures.

• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery and independence.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, social services, and external agencies.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to service audits.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with NMC registration.

• Experience in community mental health settings, ideally as a Band 6 CPN.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

• Competence in risk assessment and management.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

• Long shifts, flexible hours available.

• 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
