Are you an experienced Nurse or Social Worker with Children’s Continuing Healthcare (CHC) expertise? We have an excellent onsite locum opportunity in Birmingham paying £280 per day.

Key Details:• Role: Children’s CHC Assessor (Band 6/7 Nurse or Social Worker)• Location: Birmingham (onsite)• Rate: £280 per day• Contract: Ongoing• Start: ASAP• Hours: Full-time, onsite

What you’ll do:• Undertake Children’s CHC assessments in line with national framework• Complete DSTs, checklists and detailed documentation• Work closely with families, schools, and MDTs to deliver high-quality assessments• Ensure compliance with Children’s CHC policy and safeguarding standards

What you’ll need:• Registration as a Nurse (RGN/RMN/RSCN) or Social Worker• Proven experience in Children’s CHC assessments• Excellent communication and report writing skills• Ability to work onsite in Birmingham
