A Tier 1 Bank is currently seeking an experienced hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their London-based office within the Markets Operations team. The client is delivering a multi-year, cross-regional transformation programme focused on EU regulatory reform across post-trade operations and requires support with the delivery and oversight of strategic initiatives.Job Details:

• Duration - until end of June 2026
• Start date - ASAP
• Rate - £700-£750pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
• Location - London
• Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience in banking, especially within programme delivery or regulatory transformation.
• Proven track record delivering major regulatory change across the European Capital Markets landscape (e.g. CSDR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, MiFID II, Basel III).
• Deep understanding of post-trade operations, including trade capture, margining, settlement, reporting, and controls.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with Markets Operations and Compliance teams and Technology partners across regions.
• Familiarity with global and European market infrastructure (CCPs, CSDs, custodians) and industry groups (e.g. ISDA, ICMA, AFME) is a plus.
