Our client is on a mission to revolutionise their sector and they’re looking for a commercially savvy, creatively driven B2C Marketing Manager to lead the charge.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and data. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing bold, insight-led marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, trust, and loyalty.

From launching new products and driving CRM engagement to leading multi-channel campaigns and shaping brand identity, you’ll be the voice behind every memorable customer interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and evolve the brand strategy, messaging, and value proposition
• Lead targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness and utilisation
• Collaborate with PR, content, and events teams to create buzzworthy activations
• Launch new products and features that delight users and drive growth
• Manage CRM (HubSpot) and loyalty programmes to deepen engagement and boost LTV
• Create compelling marketing collateral tailored to ICP personas
• Oversee research and brand tracking to inform strategy
• Use data to build strong business cases and optimise performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven B2C marketing experience, ideally in tech, mobility, or adjacent sectors
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for ROI
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and brand building
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with flawless execution
