Underwriting Support: Develop and lead underwriting support services, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. Business Resiliency: Manage organisational resiliency and ensure business continuity. Facilities Management: Oversee the smooth running of all offices across the UK and Europe, including real-estate management and office safety. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Technology and Innovation: Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new technologies and drive the benefits of the Transformation Programme. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align underwriting operations with organisational objectives.Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:10+ years in insurance underwriting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in operational excellence, process improvement, and change management. Experience in managing large teams and driving cross-functional initiatives. Knowledge of risk management and business continuity planning within insurance organisations.
