We're looking for an experienced aviation professional ready to step into a compliance-focused role that supports safety, quality, and operational excellence.
?? What You'll Be Doing:Liaising directly with the Military Aviation Authority (MAA)
Writing and maintaining procedures to meet operational and regulatory needs
Conducting internal audits aligned with CAA standards (Part 145)
Supporting the QMS through ongoing compliance (note: no ISO 9001 required)
Working hands-on with aircraft and engineering teams
Strong background in aviation or aerospace manufacturing
Familiarity with Civil Aviation Authority standards, ideally Part 145
Experience working on or around aircraft
Ability to manage compliance processes and liaise with regulatory bodies
Salary: £35,000-£47,000
Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30
Holidays: 29 days including Bank Holidays
