AV Support Specialist - Computappoint : Job Details

AV Engineer | Permanent | Up to £42,000 + Bonus | 5 day a week onsite | City of London

Due to continuous growth, my client who is a well-known law firm in the City of London, is seeking an Audio Visual Support Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.

Legal experience is not a prerequisite.

Role:

You will be responsible for setting up and supporting meetings, events and other multi-media activities in the office and virtually. Such duties include answering technical questions to meeting organisers and guiding users on how to use the tools, set up and distribute links for upcoming virtual meetings, performing system quality checks, and troubleshooting/escalating issues.

The following are essential:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience with meeting tools e.g. WebEx, Cisco Jabber, Zoom, Cisco TMS (TelePresence Management Suite) etc.
• ITIL Foundation certified or experience working in an ITIL environment
• Team player who is ambitious and motivated
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional skills in communications, customer service, problem-solving/trouble-shooting, follow-up and organisation
• Ability to lift or move equipment, if needed.

The following are desirable:

• Experience in desk-side troubleshooting
• Application support experience in Microsoft Office 2017 and Windows 10, Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect, BlackBerry Work, iManage and SharePoint.

Shift pattern 

• 9:30am – 6:00pm
