Are you an experienced Service Manager looking to lead a high-performing team within a busy main dealer environment? Do you value work-life balance, strong financial rewards, and the opportunity to make a real impact?

We’re working in partnership with a respected main dealer in the Southampton area to recruit a driven and capable Service Manager to take charge of a well-established and successful service department.

The Role:

• Manage and lead a team of 20 service staff, including advisors, technicians, and support personnel

• Drive performance across customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, and departmental profitability

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and professional service experience

• Monitor and improve workshop productivity and process efficiency

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and the wider dealership team

• Report on KPIs and work closely with senior leadership to support strategic goals

About You:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in the motor trade (main dealer experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Commercially minded with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

• Full UK driving licence required

What’s on Offer:

• Competitive basic salary of £45,000-£50,000 (dependent on experience)

• Bonus potential up to £15,000

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (no weekends)
