- Strong financial and commercial understanding
- Outstanding work ethic with the ability to lead from the front
- Experience inspiring and motivating colleagues to exceed their potential
- Track record of driving finance and add-on performance
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals
Preferred Background
- High-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager experience
