Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails, portal messages, and callback requests regarding claims or insurance inquiries
• Provide clear and timely updates on claim progress and outcomes
• Handle general service queries, including warranty and insurance-related questions
• Assess motor claims for Alloy, Tyre, Cosmetic, and GAP policies
• Review photographic evidence to determine claim eligibility
• Validate GAP claims with supporting documentation
• Communicate decisions to customers and explain next steps
• Liaise with approved repairers to arrange services for eligible claims
• Follow up post-resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of service throughout the claims process
• Assist the wider team with general customer service tasks as required

Requirements:

• Experience working in Automotive Insurance Claims
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret insurance policy terms
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-driven approach
• Must live within the Reading area and have own transport
