You’ll be leading audits across a varied client base, including pension schemes, not-for-profits, solicitors, and FCA-regulated entities. The role is perfect for a qualified or part-qualified audit professional looking for flexibility, variety, and genuine long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading audits from planning through to completion
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with Audit Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality service
• Preparing management letters and supporting final audit sign-offs
• Ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are consistently met

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with strong experience)
• Minimum of 2 years' audit experience in UK practice
• Solid technical knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards (IFRS/FRS 102)
• Great communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Confidence working both independently and within a team
