What you'll be doing:

• Lead and deliver audit engagements for a diverse SME client base - from planning through to completion.
• Prepare statutory accounts and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and relevant regulations.
• Review and draft corporation tax computations and liaise with tax teams as needed.
• Work closely with clients, providing audit insights and building long-term trusted relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to identify growth opportunities and improve audit processes.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist).
• Solid audit experience within a UK practice environment, ideally with SME clients.
• Proficient in using audit and accounting software (e.g., Caseware, CCH, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for client engagements.
