Our client is a well-known local accountancy practice recognised for its proactive professional approach. Currently experiencing continuous growth, the firm is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our busy and growing Audit team out of either their Exeter or Exmouth offices.

The responsibilities:

• Conducting audits for small and medium-sized entities, which includes charities and academies, while adhering to the International Standards on Auditing.
• Ensuring assignments are completed accurately within the designated timelines.
• Assisting in mentoring and guiding junior staff members.

The candidate:

• A solid background in audit and accounts preparation.
• Ideally ACA or ACCA qualifications, although equivalent experience will also be taken into consideration.
• The ability to handle tight deadlines, staying motivated, and displaying excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication abilities, as there will be significant interaction with clients.
