This role of Audit Partner in Birmingham offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and oversee audit engagements within a large and highly regarded mid-tier firm. You will work closely with the existing leadership team to continue the development of the Birmingham department before ultimately taking on full responsibility for this team.

Description

• Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to clients to support their financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
• Mentor and support the Management team to sustain the departments growth.
• Contribute to business development initiatives within the Midlands.

Profile

• An ACA, or ACCA, qualified RI with experience of controlling a portfolio of audit clients
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.

Job Offer
