You will work closely with the existing leadership team to continue the development of the Birmingham department before ultimately taking on full responsibility for this team.

Description
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients to support their financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
- Mentor and support the Management team to sustain the departments growth.
- Contribute to business development initiatives within the Midlands.
Profile
- An ACA, or ACCA, qualified RI with experience of controlling a portfolio of audit clients
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
