Role Responsibilities

• Taking RI responsibility across a diverse portfolio of audit clients
• Playing a strategic leadership role in the Glasgow office and wider audit practice
• Driving quality, compliance, and audit innovation across the firm
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Mentoring and developing future leaders in the audit team
• Working collaboratively with other Partners to shape the long-term vision

Candidate Requirements

• RI status (essential) with experience signing off on audits
• Strong background in managing and growing client portfolios
• Proven leadership and people development skills
• Commercial acumen and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
