As Audit Partner Designate, you will play a key role in managing a varied client portfolio, including listed entities. You will be responsible for leading high-quality audits, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and supporting the development of junior staff.

You will also collaborate with the wider leadership team to identify growth opportunities and ensure the firm maintains its high standards of service and compliance.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including listed companies
• Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring regulatory and listing requirements are met
• Provide technical input and strategic support on complex audit and financial reporting matters
• Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders including CFOs, CEOs, and board members
• Mentor, train, and support junior team members, providing performance feedback and development plans
• Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for growth within your client base
• Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of audit processes across the firm

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Proven experience managing audit portfolios, ideally including listed clients
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple assignments
• Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting regulations
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Collaborative and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

• £100,000 - £120,000 per annum
