Audit Manager – Bristol

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone looking to lead audits, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
• Supervise and develop junior members of the team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Liaise with Partners and Directors on audit strategy and delivery
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
• Assist with projects and contribute to business development activities

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing audits and teams
• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
