Audit Manager – Bristol

Salary: £52,000 - £64,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit Senior or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.

This role is ideal for someone looking to progress into a managerial position, working with a varied client base, leading audits, and mentoring junior staff in a high-quality practice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff and supporting their development
• Reviewing work and ensuring high technical and professional standards are maintained
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
