Your New Role

We are currently working with a long standing financial services client who are looking to hire an Audit Manager to join their Audit & Assurance team. This is a senior position, where you will make a large impact on the organisation inline with their future growth plans. You will be tasked with overseeing the management of a large portfolio of clients, planning assignments, briefing staff on the clients business, ensuring all work carried out is compliance to the standards. There is also elements of business development involved in the role. Oversight of advisor projects, ensuring profitable recoverability of work in progress, maintaining an advanced level of technical knowledge is also a key responsibility. There is also a requirement to manage a small team.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally you will have demonstrable experience within a Senior Auditing role and must be ACA or ACCA qualified. Experience managing your own portfolio of clients is a must, with wide knowledge of audit within the SME sector. Interpersonal skills are key with the ability to influence and negotiate, ideally you will also posses some management experience.
