You'll be:

• Leading audits from planning to completion
• Managing client relationships and growing your portfolio
• Mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and team strategy

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years post-qualification experience
• 6+ years in UK practice, with recent experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level
• Strong audit delivery and client-handling skills
• Commercial mindset and leadership potential
