Audit Assistant Manager – Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, mentoring junior team members, and building strong client relationships while continuing to develop their own professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Reviewing work prepared by the team and providing feedback
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Managing workloads to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Minimum of four years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of audit
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively
