Audit and Accounts Senior Manager – Swindon

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and leadership experience who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting the growth of a dynamic team. You will play a key role in the management of audit and accounts assignments and help shape the future of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients
• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Reviewing accounts and tax computations
• Providing guidance and training to junior team members
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and practice growth

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (QBE also considered)
• At least six years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
