Audit and Accounts Senior – Bath

Salary: £34,000 - £46,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone with a strong audit and accounts background who enjoys leading engagements, working closely with clients, and mentoring junior colleagues within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audits from planning to completion
• Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Managing client relationships and handling queries
• Supporting Partners and Managers on ad hoc projects

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified (or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively
