Audit & Accounts Senior Manager - Top 20 firm City of London Salary: £70,000 - £85,000Butler Rose public practice are delighted to be working with a prestigious Top 20 City of London firm, who are seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager to join their team based out of ultra-modern offices in the heart of the City. Role Requirements -Lead and deliver high-quality audit and assurance engagements across a wide range of sectors. Manage client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for their audit, tax, and accounts needs. Review and oversee audit files, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS, and ISAs. Support partners in client delivery, as well as developing and mentoring the wider audit team. Play an active role in business development, identifying opportunities to win new work and strengthen existing client relationships. Maintain a strong technical edge, ensuring the highest quality standards across the department. Person Requirements -ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years' post-qualification experience gained working for a medium-sized UK based practice (not a Top 6 firm). Have proven managerial experience within audit and accounts, with exposure to tax (corporation tax knowledge is essential trusts/charity experience advantageous). Be highly technically proficient, with strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS, and ISAs. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Be confident in reviewing files, leading teams, and ensuring robust, high-quality delivery. Demonstrate strong IT skills, ideally with experience of CCH, Audit Automation, Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
