Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts for a range of clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor on accounting and financial matters
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and promoting a culture of excellence
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of assignments

Candidate Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with substantial UK practice experience in audit and accounts
• Qualified by experience (QBE) candidates will also be considered
• Strong technical knowledge with experience in managing audits and preparing financial statements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proven leadership skills with a desire to mentor and develop junior team members
