�? The Opportunity

This is not a one-size-fits-all position.

You'll gain broad exposure across audit, accounts, and tax, with your portfolio tailored to match your strengths, goals, and development path. You'll work with a wide range of businesses-from fast-growing SMEs to established OMBs-and enjoy real responsibility from day one.

You'll also:

• Lead and assist on audit assignments

• Prepare statutory accounts and corporate tax returns

• Liaise directly with clients, building lasting relationships

• Work closely with managers and directors who are invested in your growth

? Audit & Accounts Semi Senior / Senior - What We're Looking For

• ACA part-qualified or fully qualified (or AAT qualified with ACA/ACCA studies underway)

• Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice

• Audit experience (preferred, but we'll help develop it further if you're keen!)

• Solid grounding in tax and accounts preparation

• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for client service
