The Role
Join our supportive team as an Audit & Accounts Manager managing a portfolio of high-calibre clients. You'll oversee audit assignments from planning to completion, prepare statutory accounts, and develop junior staff while building strong client relationships. - Manage client portfolio and audit assignments
- Prepare and finalise statutory accounts
- Plan assignments to meet budgets and deadlines

What We're Looking For
- Qualified: ACA/ACCA qualified Audit & Accounts Manager
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in audit & accounts practice
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, CCH software, and audit packages
- Client Focus: Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Leadership: Ability to delegate, coach, and manage teams
