Based near Bingley, the role will focus on ensuring compliance, delivering excellence, and fostering client relationships. This is a 50;50 split between accounts and audit.

Description
- Proactively lead and manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
- Plan, execute, and complete audit and accounts assignments in line with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and development support.
- Review work and ensure high-quality deliverables, reporting to directors.
- Attend client and prospect client meetings, build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Working alongside the leadership team, liaising with internal departments to provide an unrivalled client experience.
- Contribute to business development and the growth of the firm including tactical input in the firm's own strategic plans.
- Assisting the directors with ad hoc advisory services and special work.
- Manage work in progress and billing including agreement of fees on your portfolio of engagements.
Profile
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in audit and accounts.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
Job Offer
