Role Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of a portfolio of audit and accounts clients across various industries
• Supporting the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards
• Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
• Providing business and financial advice to clients, helping them navigate challenges and opportunities
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development
• Liaising with HMRC, banks, and other external stakeholders as required
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the audit and accounts team

Candidate Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or working towards qualification
• Experience in audit and accounts within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting regulations
