You will work alongside some of the best professionals in the business, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, while honing your technical expertise and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support audits from planning through to completion for a broad client base.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business, identify risks, and provide practical solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output.
• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Stay up to date with regulatory and industry changes to maintain compliance and best practice.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist) with a strong background in audit.
• Demonstrable experience within a professional accountancy practice.
• Excellent technical knowledge of audit, financial reporting, and UK accounting standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to progress and take on new challenges.
