Audio Visual Technician
My Client are seeking a skilled and motivated Audio Visual Technician to join their growing team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to their clients, ensuring seamless operation of audio visual equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requests related to audio visual equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely or on-site, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on audio visual equipment, including projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, and control systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and ensure optimal performance of audio visual systems.
- Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions implemented, and equipment configurations.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of audio visual equipment and systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in audio visual support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting audio visual equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
