Senior Associate – Commercial Property (7+ PQE)Location: Bishop’s Stortford | Hours: Full-time (37.5) | PermanentMy client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our growing Commercial Property team.The role:

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments
• Manage complex transactions independently
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and development agreements
• Build strong client relationships across varied sectors

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years PQE
• Proven track record in Commercial Property law
• Commercially astute with excellent communication skills
