Looking to enter the recruitment market in a professional services environment? We are a boutique Accountancy Recruitment Consultancy with offices in Central London. Established for over 10+ years we have built a brand and reputation for being a go to specialist in the Accountancy & Finance market in London & the South East.   We are looking to hire two Associates, one for each of the permanent teams. One focused on the Financial Services industry and one the Commerce, Industry & Not-for-Profit industries.   This opportunity is a great starting point, focused on candidate acquisition, with a plan to develop into a Consultant where you would be both client and candidate facing, generating new business, with revenue targets. The markets & clients across the teams are slightly different, but we all recruit the same profession meaning there is lots of team work and collaboration.  We have a great track record of training & developing Associates in to successful Consultant's.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and resource for the Consultants to generate a higher volume and better-quality candidate network
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates face to face
  • Compiling of shortlists for permanent briefs
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Ongoing administration, such as CRM management, advertising roles and shortlist preparation
  • Build a professional network in an industry vertical i.e. Technology or Media
  • Lots of daily ad hoc challenges, in a very fast paced evolving environment!
Qualifications and competencies:
  • Degree educated with good academics or relevant work experience post A-Levels
  • An entrepreneurial spirit & strong work ethic, with a daily energy to make things happen
  • A desire to provide an honest, career centric customer service
  • A fun and inquisitive approach to work
  • Presentable and confident to engage with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and professional level
