What will you do?

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be challenging, rewarding, and dynamic. Your success is directly tied to your effort and determination. Your responsibilities will include:

• sales, business development, and marketing strategies to attract business from client companies.
• and nurturing relationships with clients through networking.
• and attending appointments.
• and approaching suitable candidates, managing applications, interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
• client interviews and gathering feedback.
• strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide outstanding service and create repeat business opportunities.
