A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a national presence is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Epping. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into greater responsibility, lead high-profile projects, and influence regional growth, while maintaining a hands-on approach.

• Operate in both Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent capacities from project inception to completion

• Hybrid working pattern: 2-3 days per week in the Epping office
• Regular interaction with senior leadership, with real input into business development and client management

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion and managing / mentoring junior surveyors
