This person will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible monthly accounting, preparing management reports and annual financial statements.  This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified ACA in audit looking to make their first move into industry. They are looking to offer the successful candidate between £64,000 - £67,000.  Key Responsibilities•Own month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations•Prepare management packs with variance analysis and commentary•Partner with teams to support budgeting and commercial decisions•Ensure compliance with financial reporting, audit, and tax obligations•Assist with cash flow forecasting and funding needs•Drive process improvements and maintain strong internal controls•Support cross-functional finance activities and ad hoc projects  What We’re Looking For•ACA qualified•Strong grasp of FRS 102 and financial control environments•Excellent problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills•Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware•A collaborative team player with a growth mindset  At Trace, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and believe that, in any business, it is imperative that all members of staff feel appreciated and respected in their roles.
