Associate HR Business Partner - SalfordOngoing Contract£30 ph UmbrellaHybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days wfhFull timeEssential Criteria:
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner
  • Background in working within complex or matrix organisational structures
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, sustain, and strengthen relationships across a range of stakeholders; adept at influencing and persuading
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a talent for solving logistically complex issues
  • Skilled in identifying patterns and trends by comparing and contrasting situations and data to inform sound decision-making
  • Ability to foster a team-oriented environment, promoting shared responsibility for goals and deliverables
  • Demonstrates and embodies the businesses values
  • Experience using process improvement methodologies and applying them effectively
Desirable:
  • Previous experience working with people systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Experience in a centralised or shared service centre setting (particularly relevant for roles within People Services)
  • Background in delivering HR Partnering strategies
