The OpportunityAn established consultancy with a strong national presence is looking to appoint an Associate Director in its Midlands cost management team. This is a high-trust, high-impact role - ideal for someone who thrives on leading client relationships, developing teams, and influencing business growth from the inside.

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

• Client Account Leadership - Acting as a senior contact across key infrastructure clients, maintaining long-term relationships that go beyond individual projects.

• Business Development - Working alongside directors to identify opportunities, support bids, and grow market share in the region.

• Team Leadership - Mentoring and guiding a team of cost managers, helping them deliver with confidence while creating space for their professional development.

• Commercial Ownership - Managing fee turnover, resource allocation, and profitability - bringing clarity to the numbers and strategy to the process.
